
About Dr Nicole Walker
Nicole is a registered psychologist with a PhD in Psychology from the University of Queensland. She has extensive experience supporting individuals across the lifespan, addressing a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, trauma, fertility and pregnancy, life transitions, and relationship challenges.
Her therapeutic approach is practical and evidence-based, primarily drawing from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and integrating complementary modalities. Nicole equips clients with tools and strategies that foster insight, resilience, and meaningful change beyond the therapy setting.
In addition to her clinical work, Nicole is an active researcher focused on ageing, brain disorders, and their impact on families and partners. She is committed to providing a safe, compassionate space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered.
